856A Heavy Duty Machining Center

The bed rails of this machine tool adopt a large-span design with a wide and stable base, ensuring the rigidity and stability of the overall structure. The spindle column adopts a box structure, combined with a widened saddle design and a full-load support method, which can effectively resist vibration and external forces during high-speed processing, ensuring the stability and reliability of high-precision processing.
The three feed axes of the machine tool are equipped with precision linear guides imported from Taiwan, which ensure the positioning accuracy of each axis, thereby improving the processing accuracy and repeatability. The guide rail system of each feed axis has been precisely designed and strictly tested to ensure stability and efficiency in long-term operation.
The three-axis lead screw of the machine tool adopts a pre-stretching process, which further enhances the accuracy and rigidity of the transmission system, ensures stability during high-load and high-speed processing, and reduces the accuracy fluctuation caused by mechanical vibration or temperature changes.
The system has developed a one-button reset and one-button tool change function for the tool magazine, which greatly improves the tool change speed and ease of operation.
The machine tool belt or direct-connected spindle can be equipped with high-pressure center water to improve processing efficiency.
