Numerical control lathe
CK6150 series CNC horizontal lathe has the features of high precision, high power, high rigidity, etc. Its main parts and structure are optimally designed, which is the first choice of equipment for machining shafts, discs, bushings, specially shaped surfaces, and screw-type workpieces.
GSK980TB3/Huazhong 808 CNC system and all-digital AC servo system, X, Z-axis are semi-closed-loop control, ball screws using C3 level precision ball screws, electrical components are imported or domestic well-known brands, in line with CE or domestic 3C certification. The machine is equipped with a vertical four-station CNC tool holder of a famous brand in China, which has the features of high positioning accuracy, high strength, and good anti-vibration performance.
The machine tools are inspected in strict accordance with the inspection procedures before leaving the factory. Each machine tool adopts a laser interferometer to check the positioning accuracy of X and Z axes and the repeatability of positioning accuracy to ensure their stability and reliability.

Advantages of machine tools
1. Machine tool headstock and bed. Tailstock. The whole machine adopts a laser interferometer for inspection, which can effectively guarantee the positioning accuracy of the Z-axis and X-axis, repeat positioning accuracy, backlash, and stability of the machine.
2. The machine tool is made of high-strength cast iron with special materials of copper and chromium, and the bed guide is quenched to a depth of 3mm, which effectively improves the wear resistance and stability of the machine tool.
3. The machine tool adopts centralized lubrication, and the headstock is circulated with forced lubrication, which ensures the cleanliness and heat dissipation characteristics of the headstock in response to the hot weather in the south, and effectively prolongs the service life of the bearings and gears.
4. The machine tool spindle adopts Harbin bearings, spindle through-hole 82mm, and machine tool gears using precision grinding, effectively improving the gear hardness, and reducing the noise of the machine tool.
5. The machine adopts Hanjiang ball screws, Z-axis ball screws, and X-axis ball screws with tensile structure, which improves the accuracy of the workpiece machining of the outer circle and inner hole size.
6. The machine adopts a four-station no-lift electric tool holder. Tool shank size:25x25mm.
